Industrial Lithium cell with high energy density and a capacity of 150 Ah (480 Wh), is made using LiFePO4 (LFP) technology. The battery is made of high-quality materials and contains no toxic chemicals, ensuring a long lifespan.
All ELERIX cells are thoroughly tested in Tier 1 factories before distribution, including during production and before shipment. The ELERIX brand is distinguished by the high quality of its cells, which are primarily class A.

Discharge test
The following graph shows the discharge capacity test + 1C discharge current in the voltage range of 2.15 V – 3.35 V.

Operating Instructions
- The cell must always be fully charged before first use
- Initial charging must be done with a low current at max. 0.5C - i.e., 75 A for a 150 Ah cell
- Cell terminals must be protected against contamination, damage, and short-circuiting
- Cells must be monitored and protected against deep discharge and overcharging
- Charging and discharging must be supervised
Initial Charging
Cells are pre-charged by the manufacturer to a conservation charge (usually 30-50%). Before first use, the cells need to be charged with a low current. The first charge should not exceed 0.5 C - i.e., 75 A for a 150 Ah cell.
When first charging multiple cells, connect them in parallel, and the charger outputs should be connected to both ends of the parallel cell arrays.
We recommend using chargers specially designed for LiFePO4 cells. The first charge and initial balancing of the entire set is an important step to achieve a long lifespan.
