PRO Master V.2 Control Module for BMS

BMS, or Battery Management System, is an electronic device used for the protection and monitoring of battery assemblies.

Monitoring is carried out by providing current values through predefined interfaces to higher-level systems. These systems are typically IT infrastructures that further process the data according to customer requirements – PV inverters, energy storage management systems, smart home systems, SCADA integration systems, and similar.

The PRO BMS Master unit is a single-board electronic component. The purpose of the Master unit is to regularly read and evaluate data from measurement peripherals, compile them into a single logical battery module, provide measured and control data to the higher-level system (e.g. for PV inverters) and to the user, evaluate fault conditions, and generate notifications or alarms accordingly.

It enables connection to the manufacturer's monitoring system – MONBAT. Here, the data is further processed and evaluated in detail.

The unit consists of one functional block: a microcontroller with communication peripherals for RS485, CAN, and Ethernet 10Mb/s + power supply and other auxiliary circuits.
