The single-output DC/DC converter from the SD-25 series is designed for reliable DC voltage conversion in industrial environments. It supports 19–36 V DC input voltage and provides a regulated 12 V DC output with maximum current of 2.1 A. The converter features an integrated EMI filter to minimize electromagnetic interference and complies with EN55022 Class B standard.

The device is equipped with comprehensive protection against short circuit, overload and overvoltage with automatic recovery after fault removal (Hiccup mode). Galvanic isolation of 1500 V DC between input and output ensures high safety. Compact dimensions of 99 × 97 × 36 mm and weight of only 0.38 kg allow easy installation in various applications.

Protection functions and reliability
The converter features advanced protection mechanisms including overload protection in the range of 105–150% of rated power and overvoltage protection 16.8–20 V at 10% load. All protections operate in Hiccup mode with automatic recovery after fault removal. The device has undergone 100% burn-in test at full load.

Regulation and stability
Output voltage can be adjusted in the range of 11–16 V DC. Line regulation is ± 0.3% and load regulation ± 0.3%, ensuring high output stability. Voltage tolerance including adjustment and regulation is ± 1.0%.

Environment and certifications
The converter is resistant to vibrations 10–500 Hz, 2G for 60 minutes in each axis. It meets the requirements of ENV50204, EN55024, EN61000-4-2,3,4,6,8 standards for heavy industry (criterion A). Insulation resistance is min. 100 MΩ at 500 V DC.
