AMVOLT LV Energy Box 16 kWh
AMVOLT Energy Box 16 kWh is a scalable low-voltage and compact open storage system composed of individual battery cells and replaceable standardized components, developed and assembled in the Czech Republic. This significantly extends the lifespan of the entire storage system. AMVOLT Energy Box has an integrated Battery Management System (BMS) manufactured in the EU. It monitors the current and voltage of each cell. It also controls the charging of the battery system and balances the cells (passive method) when necessary and when the battery is fully charged. The BMS also includes a temperature sensor that automatically disconnects the battery from the system in case of excessive battery box temperature. The BMS calculates SoC, SoH values and internal resistance of each cell. It transmits information about the state of charge, voltage and current to the inverters via CAN interface.
AMVOLT Energy Box 16 kWh is designed for 16 ELERIX EX-L314 cells (3.2 V; 314 Ah) and nominal voltage of 51.2 V. The battery cells are manufactured according to ČSN EN 62619 and have been tested in accordance with this standard (TÜV Rheinland).
AMVOLT Energy box 16 kWh can be used as a standalone unit, or expanded with up to 3 additional units (up to a total of 4 units and capacity of 64 kWh). For expansion, it is always necessary to use AMVOLT Master, which functions as a superior supervisor over individual "slave" units. This ensures the safety of the entire assembly and its easy integration into other control systems.
Applications:
- Low-voltage battery storage for inverters operating with voltage up to 60 V.
- Scalable storage system with capacity up to 64 kWh (requires AMVOLT Master).
- High-power applications (peak shaving, SPOT, dynamic tariffs, etc.) or Off-Grid projects.
The philosophy of 100MEGA Distribution is to develop and manufacture open battery systems in the Czech Republic, from individual battery cells and replaceable standardized components. This significantly extends the lifespan of the entire system compared to today's widespread closed and problematically serviceable battery boxes. AMVOLT Energy boxes are deliberately designed to give customers the possibility of future expansion, modification or service.
AMVOLT Energy box is not connected to any foreign cloud (for security reasons) and thus there is no unwanted data leakage to third countries, often associated with the possibility of remote system control.
By default, monitoring and settings are possible via the interface of the inverters used, where we recommend using European brand inverters. Furthermore, beyond these basic settings, individual customizations are also possible exactly according to investor specifications.
Supported inverters are all low-voltage inverters operating at voltage up to 60V, e.g. Victron, Deye, GoodWe, SMA and others.
Warranty conditions:
- Standard warranty: 2 years (includes servicing).
- Extended warranty: 10 years including servicing. Validity is conditional upon the purchase of a remote monitoring service (MONBAT system). After individual assessment, VRM Victron can also be used.
- Lifetime technical support: Applies exclusively to consultations (e-mail, telephone) regarding service, expansion, or further use of the system. Does not include physical service interventions.
