SmartShunt Tracker is a new model of a highly precise system for monitoring the status of up to two independent batteries without a display. Two connection cables with fuses are included. Extended 5-year warranty.
The SmartShunt is a battery monitor similar to the BMV series (just without a display). Your smartphone becomes the display with the VictronConnect app. The device connects via Bluetooth to the VictronConnect app on your smartphone (or tablet), allowing you to easily read all monitored battery parameters. Alternatively, the SmartShunt can be connected and read by a GX device. Connection to the SmartShunt is made using a VE.Direct cable. The SmartShunt is an excellent alternative to the BMV battery monitor, especially for systems where battery monitoring is required, but less cabling is desired, and a traditional display is unnecessary.
The SmartShunt features Bluetooth, a VE.Direct port, and a connection that can be used to monitor a second battery (midpoint monitoring or for connecting a temperature sensor).
