The OlifeEnergy DoubleBox is a robust all-metal charging station that allows for charging two electric vehicles with alternating current (AC) with a total power of up to 44 kW (i.e., 22 kW for each). It is designed for both indoor and outdoor use and can be wall-mounted or mounted on a profile, or anchored to the ground using a pole.
This WallBox is already equipped with a wide range of functionalities in its basic version. Charging can be initiated automatically immediately after connecting the vehicle and identifying it with an RFID card or mobile phone. The complete configuration is also done through the mobile application. The station's power can be set in the range of 0 to 44 kW.
The station can be connected to the HDO, integrated into a smart home, connected to a battery storage system, or integrated with other control systems. Through the external OlifeEnergy SmartMeter unit (a separate product), it is possible to dynamically control the charging station's power to prevent circuit breakers from tripping during high consumption and to charge from excess solar energy or off-peak tariffs.
