Backup lead-acid battery (12 V, capacity 26 Ah) in VRLA (AGM) design.

It is a design in which the internal pressure is regulated by valves (Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA)). The main advantages of this VRLA/AGM design are:

  • Higher maximum discharge currents
  • Absolutely maintenance-free (in terms of water refilling)
  • Longer service life
  • Shockproof
  • Leakproof - sealed/indestructible
  • Connector type: thread lead alloy terminal to accept M5 bolt

AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) technology:
Although the battery contains electrolyte in a liquid state, it is "soaked" in glass fibre microfibres, or so-called glass wool, and is thus tightly bound in the battery cells (virtually no leakage).

GP model series - optimum service life 4 to 6 years
Application: especially backup power supplies and heavy-duty equipment. Very high quality battery. It is designed for applications in the most demanding environments and is particularly suitable for use in backup power supplies (UPS), electronic fire protection systems (EPS), electronic security systems and telecommunications.
