Control unit BMS for high-voltage battery systems BOS-G with easy installation into a 19" rack. It features detailed management, high reliability, and a built-in display. With its help, it is possible to create a battery cluster containing 3 to 12 batteries in series with a total capacity of up to 61.44 kWh. Protective functions are included, such as over-discharge, overcharge, overcurrent, and excessively high/low temperatures. The system can automatically control charging, monitor discharge status, and perform current and voltage balancing for each module individually.
A power cable for connection to the first and last battery module is included.
Key features of the BOS-G system:
- Standard & quick installation – BOS-G system components are designed for installation in a 19" rack.
- Safe and reliable – The cathode material is made of LiFePO4 with safe performance and a long lifespan. The module has a lower self-discharge level (up to 6 months without charging), no memory effect, and excellent performance in shallow charging and discharging.
- Intelligent BMS (Battery Management System) – A system for automatic control of charge/discharge status, balancing currents, and more.
- Scalability – Up to 12 units/batteries in series (capacity 61.44 kWh, usable energy capacity 55.29 kWh).
- Eco-friendly – The entire module is non-toxic, non-polluting, and environmentally friendly.
- Flexible configuration – Multiple battery modules can be connected to expand capacity and performance. Support for USB upgrade, Wi-Fi upgrade (optional), remote upgrade (compatible with Deye inverters).
- Wide temperature range – The working temperature range is from -20 to +55 °C, with excellent discharge properties and lifespan.
- Thermal management – Detection of temperature in key parts, cells, power plug-ins, etc.
- Certifications – Complies with CE, IEC62619, UL1973, UL9540A, UN38.3 certifications and standards.
