Smart battery type, designed for small and medium hybrid systems. Optimal for combination with Victron Multiplus and EasySolar inverters.
The basis of this battery is 15 LiFePO4 cells (nominal voltage 48 V) with a total capacity of 2.4 kWh, which are supplemented by balancers and a BMS system with communication via RS-232, RS-485 or CAN bus (communication with the inverter).
The batteries can be easily connected in parallel in larger units, the maximum addressable number is 16 batteries, as 1x master and 15x slave. They can be housed in a 19" rack or connected using clip frames.
A basic 7-year warranty is provided for this type, with an additional 3 years available when the device is registered with the manufacturer, for a total of 10 years. A new battery or battery set must always be accompanied by a connection cable set for the inverter.
Connecting cables to another module are included in the package. Communication cables and cables for connection to the converter are not included in the package.
With a new battery or a set of batteries, we recommend ordering a connecting cable set (BATPYL9004).
If you purchase 2 or more batteries, we recommend ordering brackets (BATPYL9003) for safe storage of the modules (a maximum of 4 battery modules can be stacked on top of each other).
