The Amerisolar AS-7M144FL-HC solar panel represents a revolution in photovoltaic technology thanks to its extremely low weight of just 8 kg and thickness of only 2 mm. The panel uses highly efficient monocrystalline PERC cells sized 182 × 91 mm, arranged in a 144-cell (12 × 12) configuration.

Thanks to advanced organic polymer encapsulation materials, the panel achieves a bending radius of up to 0.3 m, allowing perfect adaptation to various curved surfaces. Installation is done using quick adhesive bonding, requiring no penetration into the substrate and eliminating the need for mounting hardware.

Electrical properties
The panel has an open-circuit voltage (VOC) of 48.8 V and a short-circuit current (ISC) of 13.7 A. At maximum power, it reaches a voltage (Vmp) of 40.6 V and a current (Imp) of 12.83 A. The maximum system voltage is 1000 V DC/1500 V DC with a maximum fuse rating of 25 A.

Temperature characteristics
The nominal operating cell temperature (NOCT) is 42 °C ± 2 °C. Temperature coefficients are: Pmax -0.35 %/°C, VOC -0.28 %/°C, and ISC 0.048 %/°C. The panel's operating temperature range is from -40 °C to +85 °C.

Connection and installation
