A wireless communication module based on LoRa technology can be installed in all OlifeEnergy chargers and SmartMeters. One module is installed in the charger, and the other in the SmartMeter. One of them is set as an RX module and the other as a TX module. The wireless module utilizes the LoRa communication protocol with a frequency of 868 MHz. The operating range varies depending on the environment. Due to a similar frequency range, the signal's ability to pass through objects is similar to that of a mobile phone signal. In open space, the module's operating range can exceed 100 meters.

Setting the Address and Installing the Module in the SmartMeter
If your Olife SmartMeter is equipped with a wireless communication module, it is necessary to set the channel on which LoRa transmits and receives the signal. The ID in the SmartMeter is set using DIP switches and is installed on the motherboard according to the picture. The range is 0–15. The same ID must also be set in the Wallbox device.
Setting the Address and Installing the Module in the Wallbox
If your OlifeEnergy charging station is equipped with a wireless communication module, it is necessary to set the channel on which LoRa transmits and receives the signal. In the OlifeEnergy charging station, the channel can be changed using a smartphone application. The range is 0–15. After setting the ID in the charging station, reset the charger via the application on your smartphone or by interrupting the power supply to the charging station. The same ID must be set in the SmartMeter.
