Solarmi 3000M: 3kW grid inverter with limiter + 8x 450Wp solar panel

Xtend Solarmi GridFree 3000M is a single-phase solar power plant (system) with a 3kW grid-tied inverter and eight PV panels. This is a set of basic components and accessories for creating a solar power plant with single-phase connection. The power output of the solar power plant allows coverage of electricity consumption without heating from spring to autumn, when the system switches to the grid only in exceptional cases of higher power demand.

Grid-tied inverter with integrated limiter to prevent overflow into the public grid. The inverter thanks to the integrated MPPT controller converts maximum energy produced by photovoltaic panels to 230V (AC).

Grid-tied inverter with limiter is an affordable solution for photovoltaic power plants that doesn't need batteries. Moreover, it can limit its own output according to current consumption, thus completely preventing overflow into the public grid.
In addition to classic terminals for connecting solar panels and output for grid connection, the inverter also has a connector for the current probe of the internal limiter and the possibility of connecting a modbus electricity meter SDM230M, which can limit power in case of longer distance between the home distribution board and the inverter.

The inverter operates in the input voltage range according to the specific model (info in datasheet). The output from the inverter is then AC voltage 230V, which is connected between the main breaker with electricity meter and the breakers of individual circuits. The inverter thus converts power from panels into household distribution. Your appliances will then draw energy produced primarily from your power plant. If the output of your power plant at a given moment is not sufficient, the connected public grid will cover the shortage. By installing a current probe to the limiter you protect your system against unwanted overflows, in case your power plant is capable of producing more energy than your appliances require.

The inverter does not operate in island mode, i.e., it requires connection to the public distribution network for its function. As soon as there is a grid outage, the inverter immediately shuts down.
The inverters are certified for sale and use in the EU. They meet EMC, LVD and RoHS certification criteria. The inverters comply with EN50549-1 standard for the possibility of connection to the distribution network or drawing subsidies.
