Advanced high-current MPPT charge and discharge controller for 12/24/48 V solar systems.

The IT-NC G3 series solar controller represents a new generation of high-current MPPT controllers with integrated load output. The IT7415NC G3 model offers a rated current of 75 A and supports automatic voltage recognition of 12/24/48 V DC. Maximum input voltage of the photovoltaic panel reaches 150 V at lowest temperature and 138 V at 25 °C.

The controller excels with peak MPPT tracking efficiency ≥ 99.5 % and maximum conversion efficiency of 98.6 %. Robust die-cast metal housing with IP43 protection ensures reliable operation in demanding conditions. Supports a wide range of battery types including AGM, Gel, flooded and lithium LiFePO4 and Li(NiCoMn)O2.

Advanced Battery Management
The controller supports three-stage charging to extend battery life. For EPEVER lithium batteries, it provides direct communication; for other types, a BMS-LINK module is required. The constant voltage output function allows direct load power supply when sufficient power is available from photovoltaic panels.

Flexible Communication and Monitoring
Integrated communication interface with electrical isolation offers RS-485 port (5 V DC/200 mA, RJ-45) for connecting optional Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or 4G modules. CAN port enables parallel operation of up to 6 devices with or without batteries. Dry contact supports generator or grid connection (rated 5 A/30 V DC, maximum 0.5 A/60 V DC).

Operating Conditions
The controller operates in temperature range -25 °C to +60 °C (with derating above +40 °C), LCD display functions in range -20 °C to +70 °C. Storage temperature is -30 °C to +70 °C. The device is certified according to EN/IEC62109-1, EN61000-6-1/EN61000-6-3, 47 CFR Part 15 Subpart B and complies with IEC62321-3-1 standard for restriction of hazardous substances.
